Rajasthan Petro Synthetics announces cessation of director

At board meeting held on 27 May 2015

Rajasthan Petro Synthetics announced Manoj Kumar Khemani, Director of the Company has absented himself from all the meetings of Board of Directors since the last one year and therefore his office of Director has become vacant as per section 167(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2013. The same has been noted by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 27 May 2015.
