Security & Intelligence Services India has allotted 117,460 equity shares of Rs. 5 each
on December 7, 2020 pursuant to exercise of options granted under the Employee Stock
Option Plan.
The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly been increased to Rs. 73,69,15,310/- divided into 14,73,83,062 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each
