On conversion of FCCBs
Sintex Plastics Technology has allotted 81,96,597 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each of Sintex Plastics Technology to Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds holder upon exercise of their conversion Right.Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 57,87,26,468 equity shares of Re 1 each.
