Texmaco Rail & Engineering allots 7.15 cr equity shares

Under rights issue

Texmaco Rail & Engineering has approved the allotment of 7,15,26,643 equity shares at a price of Rs 23 per equity share (including a premium of Rs 22 per equity share) (Allotment) under rights issue.

Consequent to the above-mentioned allotment, the paid-up capital of the company has increased from 25,03,43,252 equity shares of Re.1 each to 32,18,69,895 equity shares of Re 1 each.
