Thinksoft Global Services changes directorate

Thinksoft Global Services has appointed Diederik Vos, Rene Gawron, Riccardo Brizzi, Ralph Gillessen, Gireendra Kasmalkar and Martin Miller, nominees of SQS Software Quality Systems AG (the Acquirer) to the board of the company.

The company also has appointed Ulrich Baumer as an independent director of the company and has also accepted the resignation of Mohan Parvatikar from the position of wholetime director.

Upon the relinquishment of chairman position by A V Asvini Kumar, Ulrich Baumer has been designated as the company's new chairman and Martin Muller as wholetime director of the company.
