TVS Motor Company announced that its overseas subsidiary, TVS Motor (Singapore) has acquire a company in Singapore for Sg $ 1, and thereby it has become a subsidiary of TVSM Singapore as well as to the Company. The newly acquired company has been renamed as TVS Digital.
