Vaibhav Global allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Vaibhav Global announced that the Company has allotted 17,533 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each on 07 March 2015 to "Vaibhav Global Employee Stock Option Welfare Trust" under Employee Stock Option Plan (As Amended)-2006.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 32,40,23,830 consisting of 3,24,02,383 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each.
