Welspun Enterprises receives credit ratings from Acuite Ratings
Welspun Enterprises announced that Acuite Ratings & Research has assigned a long-term rating of 'ACUITE AA-' to the bank loan facility of Rs. 100 crore.
Further, Acuite has reaffirmed its long-term rating of 'ACUITE AA-' to the Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs. 375 crore and its short-term rating of 'ACUITE A1+' to the Commercial Paper (CP) of Rs. 225 crore. The outlook is 'Stable'.
