Wockhardt allots 33,600 equity shares

Under ESOP

Wockhardt has allotted 33,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each on 28 November 2017 under ESOP. The paid-up equity share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 552,816,140/- (110,563,228 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each) to Rs. 552,984,140/- (110,596,828 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each).
