Final phase polling in Gujarat begins

An estimated 19 million are eligible to vote in 95 of the 182 constituencies.

The officials put the number of polling stations at 23,318.

The first phase of polling Dec 13 saw a 68 percent turnout. Counting will take place Thursday.
