2 youths detained with Pakistani SIM card in Poonch

Mumtaz Ahmed and Azim were intercepted when they were travelling in a vehicle from border belt of Mandi to Poonch town, officials said.

One Pakistani SIM card was recovered from them, officials said, adding, they have been detained and are being questioned.
