Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting has forayed into integrated home automation solution space by launching Wipro Z Nxt.
The solution comes with in-built sensors, which will alert the owners in case of fire, gas leakage and intrusion and could be controlled from any smart device, anywhere in the world, Wipro group firm said in a statement.
It could be installed without replacing existing switches and wires within the home and integrates lighting, air conditioners, geysers, curtains, safety accessories, IP cameras, music control and home theatre.

* Tata Group's hospitality arm Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) today announced its foray into Bhopal by signing of a new hotel - Vivanta Bhopal, through a management contract with Genex Hotels.
This is in line with the company's expansion plans and to have presence across key state capitals besides having a network of in all the key commercial centres of India, said the company in a statement.
Vivanta Bhopal will comprise 150 well-appointed guest rooms and is located at a 25-minute drive from the Bhopal International Airport with proximity to prominent corporate and tourist destinations, said the company which operates the Taj Group of hotels.
