Congress demands Modi's resignation over HC ruling on Solanki

State Congress president Arjun Modhvadia said that Modi should resign from the post within three days "till the inquiry in the case against his Minister is not over".

Gujarat High Court today upheld the decision of state Governor to grant sanction to prosecute Minister of State for Fisheries Purshottam Solanki in an alleged Rs 400 crore fishing contracts scam.

"If the Chief Minister does not resign, we will hold protest all over the state," Modhvadia said.
