Communist Party of India (CPI) National General Secretary Suravaram Sudhakara Reddy today said his party will fight against communal forces and the followers of Nathuram Godse.
Addressing a gathering of CPI workers at a public meeting held here today, on the first day of the CPI's three-day 25th state conference, he appealed to people to join the fight against communal forces and also governments which implement anti-people policies.
He said communist parties have decided to unify all communists.

In the last general elections, the communists lost their place and now have realised the need to be united to fight for the interests of the poor and depressed classes.
He said this is the time to fight for better drinking water, education, health service, housing for the poor and land rights.
CPI's national central committee member K Narayana, its Andhra Pradesh secretary K Ramakrishna and others also participated in the public meeting.
