Duo killed, minor injured in mishap

Two persons were allegedly crushed to death and a child was injured when their bike was hit by a speeding truck on the Delhi-Dehradun Highway here, police said today.

The incident took place last evening when Dushyant (20) along with his aunt Manoj Devi (35) and a minor was going to Banat from Kamheda village, they said.

The bodies have been sent for postmortem, police said, adding that the minor is being treated at a local hospital.
