Engineer at Baghlihar power project swept away in flash flood

Rahul Kumar Singh was returning from the Baglihar Dam site in Chanderkote belt, when the flash flood hit his vehicle late last night, officials said.

The driver of the vehicle, however, was able to save himself, they said.

A search has been launched for the missing engineer, who belongs to Uttar Pradesh, they added.
