Four minor girls gangraped

In a shocking incident,

four minor girls were allegedly raped by a gang of more than 20 people in Pakur district.

Villagers informed the police that more than 20 people raped the minors last night at a place under Litipara Police Station, Superintendent of Police Y S Ramesh told reporters here today.

The SP held a meeting with the villagers who assured help to the police in arresting the accused.

The girls would be sent for medical examinations, he said.
