Indiabulls Housing Finance Q4 profit up 22% at Rs 675 cr

Indiabulls Housing Finance today reported a 22.5 per cent rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 675.5 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31.

The company had posted a net profit of Rs 551 crore in the corresponding quarter of 2014-15.

Total income increased to Rs 2,647.1 crore from Rs 2,117.5 crore in the same period a year ago, Indiabulls Housing Finance said in a regulatory filing.

On a yearly basis, the group posted a net profit of Rs 2,344.7 crore as against Rs 1,901.1 crore in the previous fiscal.

Total income increased to Rs 9,225.5 crore for the year ended March 31, from Rs 7,252.3 crore a year ago," it said.
