Infrastructure firm IRB Infrastructure Developers has bagged a six laning of 90 km Kishangarh-Gulabpura section project in Rajasthan from NHAI to be developed on DBFOT model.
IRB, has emerged as the preferred bidder for the project which was awarded by NHAI under NHDP's phase V (package-I) with a concession period of 20 years, the company said in a statement today.
IRB will get tolling rights on project from the appointed date and has offered premium of Rs 186.30 crore to NHAI.
With this order, IRB's construction order book will stand at around Rs 11,061 crore. This will boost company's construction order book visibility for next 3-4 years, it said.
