Man shot at; robbed of Rs 4 lakh in Haryana's Jind

A manager of a business firm was shot at and robbed of Rs four lakh by two assailants at Narwana in this district today, police said.

The victim was on his way to a bank for depositing the cash when the armed men riding a motorcycle struck. The robbers fled the spot after committing the crime, they said.

The police have registered a case under relevant provisions of IPC and launched efforts to nab the culprits.
