Minor girl raped in Odisha's Bhadrak district

The youth, Sana Munda, assaulted the girl when she was returning from the field in Kashipur village under Bant police station yesterday and allegedly raped her, police sources said.

Munda was arrested today, IIC Bonth Police station Harekrushna Das and produced in a court which remanded him to jail custody.

The girl, who suffered injury in the assault, was admitted to a government hospital.
