Six killed in lorry-MUV collision

The accident occurred near Ankurhati check post when the Kolkata bound vehicle cut through a gap in the divider and changed flank of NH-6.

A speeding truck that was coming towards that point rammed into the MUV killing five of its nine occupants on the spot, the sources said.

Another person died later in hospital where the three seriously injured occupants were admitted.

The victims were yet to be identified.
