UP govt constitutes high-level committee for Kumbh Mela

Besides Khan, the committee will have the Chief Secretary, Chairman UP power corporation limited, principal secretaries finance, PWD, irrigation, power, urban development, home, food and civil supplies, tourism, culture and transport as its members, an official release said.
