Computer Sciences Rejects Ca Offer

Computer Sciences Corp. yesterday rejected a $9.8 billion takeover offer from Computer Associates International Inc. and said it would not enter into negotiations with the suitor.

Computer Sciences, in a lengthy statement, said its board had rejected a $108-per-share offer made by Computer Associates in a February 10 letter, as well as subsequent indications from the suitor that $114 per share would be offered in a friendly deal.
