Information Technologies Private Placement

The committee of directors of Information Technologies India have allotted, by way of private placement 25000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, constituting 0.036 per cent of enhanced equity capital of the company, at a price of Rs 2135 per share to General Insurance Corporation of India on a preferential allotment basis.
