Parsec Tech To Launch Web-Based Call Centres

Parsec Technologies India Ltd, provider for server-based call centre solutions, is setting up Web-based call centres for non-banking finance company Kotak Mahindra Finance Limited (KMFL).
the first call centre will come up in Kalina in Mumbai. Subsequently, more centres will be set up at Kotak's offices all over the country.
The call centre will initially cater to the retail finance customers of KMFL: K-Value, commercial vehicles, holidays, personal loans and computer schemes, according to a company schemes, according to a company statement.
