Praga Tools is now a subsidiary of HMT Ltd. It is exporting industrial forgings to USA, Germany, Sri Lanka and other countries and forgings and castings to Mitsubishi Heavy Industries of Japan.

Praga has tied up for technology with Jones & Shipman of UK for cutter and tool grinders, Gambin of France for milling machines, George Fischer of Switzerland for copying lathes, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries for machining centres and Keiyo-Seiki of Japan for CNC lathes.
