Tata Timken Clarifies

It is obvious that this cutting edge technology will be provided by Timken. It is also obvious that Timken would feel more comfortable holding the majority shares. Tata Steel has fully supported this arrangement and has agreed to sell 11 per cent of its holding to the promoter.
