BNA Technology restructures businesses

To invest Rs 50 crore to fuel growth

Our Bureau Chennai/ Bangalore
Bangalore-based BNA Technology Consulting, a provider of technology solutions for enterprises, has realigned its businesses to achieve rapid growth.

Ranganathan V, managing director, told reporters on Thursday that "while the IT infrastructure and managed services business will have system integration, industrial communication systems and infotainment, the web-based services business will have LivServ-based business process service, bnaITmart.com and remote IT infrastructure management services."

The Rs 19-crore company plans to make an investment of Rs 50 crore to fuel the growth. "We are going to arrange the fund through internal accruals and external funding, a part of which will go towards setting up our new campus in Bangalore. The campus will house the company's corporate office, networking operating centre and LivServ-based BPS contact centre," Ranganathan added.

BNA Technology also formally launched LivServ, an instant engagement tool for e-commerce and bnaITmart.com, a virtual e-store that will allow the customers to buy branded IT/networking products at a competitive price while the installation will be delivered through BNA's existing infrastructure.

Ranganathan said that the potential market for the LiveServ was expected to be about Rs 6,000 crore by 2011 and "we are eyeing a significant share of this market".
