Ramco wins first place in DQ-IDC survey

Ramco Systems, global enterprise solutions provider, has won the first place in the Enterprise Applications Category in the Dataquest"� IDC Customer Satisfaction Audit 2006.

The company topped this segment for the second consecutive year, being ranked ahead of other global players. Despite the growing competition in the enterprise applications market, Ramco topped the segment with a score of 88.2 (the industry average was 87.5).

The survey was based on the response from 173 chief-information officers across parameters like product reliability, performance, installation and adoption, scalability and security, timely delivery and demonstration/ training.

In the DQ report, CIOs expressed high degree of satisfaction on parameters like price-value parity, clarity of pricing contact and particularly on total cost of ownership on Ramco's offerings, it added.
