Information technology company Satyam Computer Services has bagged the “Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise (MAKE) Award 2008” for the fourth consecutive year for excellence in knowledge management.
Satyam is the first company to win the award four years in a row, a company release said.
Satyam was honoured with the award at the CII Knowledge Summit on November 5 in Mumbai. "We are honoured to receive such a high-profile award in organisational learning, a discipline that means a great deal to our organisation,” said Vijay Prasad, Satyam’s Chief Information Officer.
Satyam focuses on continuous improvement and professional development for all of its associates, as evident by the world-renowned Satyam School of Leadership and Satyam Learning Centre. Both entities train employees to share knowledge with their partners, suppliers and customers, to optimise opportunities for breakthrough results. This approach has led to numerous innovations.
