SBI Cards allots 67,800 equity shares under ESOP

SBI Cards & Payment Services has allotted 67,800 equity shares under ESOP on 18 March 2024. Post allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 9,50,90,07,190/- consisting of 95,09,00,719 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 9,50,96,85,190/- consisting of 95,09,68,519 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
