Isaac Hempstead-Wright received 'torrent of abuse' after Hodor died on 'GoT'
"Game of Thrones" star Isaac Hempstead-Wright has revealed that he received lots of hate messages after a key character died in the show's sixth season. In an interview with Esquire, the 19-year-old actor, who plays Bran Stark on the hit HBO show, said many people thought his character was responsible for the death of Hodor, the affable giant caretaker of the young Stark. "People really started to have a go at me around season six, when Bran became the Three-Eye Raven. I remember getting a torrent of abuse after Hodor died, like it was my fault," Hempstead-Wright said. The actor said he would get messages on social media where people would say adverse things about his appearance, particularly his nose. "Suddenly people decided to attack my appearance. HC dismisses plea to stay release of film 'PM Narendra Modi' till election results
The Delhi High Court Monday dismissed a petition seeking stay on the release of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's biopic till the general election results are out. A bench of Chief Justice Rajendra Menon and Justice A J Bhambhani refused to entertain the Public Interest Litigation which had also sought to the Election Commission of India to act against the alleged violation of the model code of conduct by the makers of the movie. "We are not going to interfere with it. You go to the censor board or the Election Commission (EC)," the bench said while dismissing the plea. The petitioner, a lawyer by profession, sought a direction to the producers of the movie to postpone the release till the declaration of results of the Lok Sabha polls. The movie, "PM Narendra Modi", is scheduled to hit the theatres on April 5. Petitioner Sujeet Kumar Singh said in the plea that according to the election schedule announced by the EC on March 10, the voting will taken place in seven phases between April 11

Sonu Nigam lends voice to Narendra Modi's Poem
Singer Sonu Nigam has recorded a new song penned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the upcoming web series "Modi: Journey Of A Common Man". According to a press release, Nigam has sung the verse 'Shyam Ke Rogan Rele' composed by music composer duo Salim-Sulaiman, for the Eros Original series, directed by Umesh Shukla. Shukla said in a statement that he has taken permission from the PMO to use 10 poems penned by Modi for the 10-part series. The poems will be used in the series for the end credit of each episode. "We believed Sonu Nigam is the perfect fit to render the verse and he has taken Salim-Sulaiman's composition a notch higher. We wrote to the PMO last June seeking permission to use his poems... and have got PM's approval," Shukla said. The web series is scheduled to release in April.
