The company has launched a new project 'Amaris' at Sector 62 in Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram. "We have launched a new housing project in Gurugram. We are getting a tremendous response from customers," Emaar India CEO Kalyan Chakrabarti told PTI. The National Company Law Tribunal has directed to initiate insolvency proceedings against realty firm Raheja Developers on a petition filed by flat allottees of its Gurgaon-based Shilas project. The NCLT said Raheja Developers has a "debt due and default" against the flat allottees, who had made their payments and delivery of the units was not on time and referred it for Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). In a statement on Sunday, Signature Global said it has awarded the construction contract for its premium residential project 'Titanium SPR' at Sector 71, Gurugram. In a regulatory filing on Friday, Godrej Properties said it has emerged as the "highest bidder for a luxury group housing plot on Golf Course Road in Gurugram with a revenue potential in excess of Rs 5,500 crore." The Enforcement Directorate conducted searches at multiple locations of real estate company Ramprastha Group in Gurugram on Wednesday as part of a money laundering investigation linked to alleged cheating with home buyers, official sources said. In a regulatory filing on Monday, Godrej Properties informed that it has "emerged as the highest bidder and has secured the Letter of Intent to develop two group housing plots at premium locations in Gurugram through an e-auction conducted by the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP)".
