London-based consumer tech brand Nothing on Thursday said it has raised over USD 8 million (about Rs 72 crore) in its third community investment round, which closed with over 5,000 new investors.
The round allowed community members to invest at a USD 1.3 billion valuation, according to a company statement.
Nothing's community base now stands at around 13,000 investors who have collectively contributed over USD 16 million to date.
"Nothing has closed its latest community investment round, raising more than USD 8 million, and adding over 5,000 new investors to its community from more than 80 countries," the company said.
The latest funding comes on the heels of Nothing's USD 200 million Series C round in September 2025, led by investors, including Tiger Global, GV, Highland Europe, EQT, and Qualcomm Ventures.
Community investment involves people investing money in an early-stage private or unlisted company in exchange for a share, or equity, in that company.

The ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) swept the zila parishad polls and was also leading in the majority of zones of panchayat samiti in Punjab, according to results declared so far on Thursday.
Complete results are yet to be declared as counting of ballot papers is still underway, officials said.
Polling was held on December 14 to elect members for 347 zones of 22 zila parishads and 2,838 zones of 153 panchayat samitis.
In zila parishad, the results of 317 zones have been declared so far and of which, the AAP registered victory in 201 zones.
The Congress was at the second spot with 60 zones, Shiromani Akali Dal at the third position with 39 zones, BJP 4, BSP 3 and Independents 10, as per the results.
Out of 201 zones, the AAP won 22 zones in Hoshiarpur, 19 each in Amritsar and Patiala, 17 each in Tarn Taran and Gurdaspur and 15 in Sangrur.
The Congress won 8 zones each in Gurdaspur and Ludhiana, 7 in Jalandhar and 6 each in Ferozepur and SBS Nagar, while SAD won 13 zones in Bathinda,

Ajay Gupta, one of the four co-owners of 'Birch by Romeo Lane' nightclub in Goa, where 25 persons were killed in a fire earlier this month, on Thursday filed a bail application in a court in Mapusa town.
Gupta was arrested in New Delhi by the Goa Police on December 10, following which a court in Mapusa remanded him in police custody for seven days.  Twenty-five persons, including 20 staff members and five tourists, were killed in the major blaze at the nightclub at Arpora in North Goa around midnight of December 6.
Gupta, who is currently in the custody of the Anjuna police, applied for bail before the District Judge in Mapusa. Senior lawyer Rohan Desai will represent him.  The court is likely to hear the bail application later in the day, and notices will be issued to the state police seeking their response.
