Cafe Coffee Day to open 2nd outlet in Amritsar

Café Coffee Day (CCD) is opening its second outlet in Amritsar very soon, possibly this month. It is a division of India's largest coffee conglomerate, Amalgamated Bean Coffee Trading Company Ltd (ABCTCL).

Moreover, viewing the immense potential in Punjab, it is planning to strengthen its presence by taking the tally to 25 by June next year, from 13. Talking to Business Standard, Spokesperson Devahuti Kataki said: "Today, with 309 cafes in 68 cities in India, Cafe Coffee Day is the largest retail chain of cafes in the country."
