Cyrus Mistry, O P Bhatt join TCS Board

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest IT services provider, today announced that the company has appointed Cyrus Mistry, Deputy Chairman of Tata Sons and O P Bhatt, former Chairman of SBI Group to the Board of Directors of the company. The appointment is effective from today.

With the addition of these two directors, the total board strength of the company increases to 14 directors, which includes seven independent directors, including Bhatt.
