Delgrada Pledges 7.6% Zee Shares With Csfb

Delgrada, the Subhash Chandra-promoted Mauritius-based company has pledged an additional 7.63 per cent of Zee Telefilms shares in favour of Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB), Singapore on March 19. CSFB Singapore announced the pledge of securities today.

The shares have been pledged as security towards repayment of amounts owned to Credit Suisse First Boston, Singapore branch by Delgrada.

A total of 12.12 per cent making up 50 million shares of the paid up capital of Zee Telefilms are now pledged in favour of CSFB, the CSFB announcement said.
