i-flex solutions reported 20 per cent rise in net profit at Rs 57.94 crore for the third quarter ended December 2005 as compared with Rs 48 crore for the same quarter of the last financial year.

Total revenue has increased 19.25 per cent to Rs 297.47 crore from Rs 249.43 crore in the year-ago period, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

"We are very pleased with the all round growth and increasing business momentum; the product licence fees signings have been the highest ever in any quarter, and have increased 57 per cent on a nine-month basis. The strategic partnership with Oracle and the close synergies of our sales, marketing and development engines position us strongly to gain market leadership," Rajesh Hukku, chairman and managing director, said.
