Jones Lang LaSalle kicks off Pune operations

| The new office will provide real estate management services, implementation services, investment management services, retail advisory, strategic consulting and financial advisory services. |
| "Jones Lang LaSalle started its operations in India in 1998. Currently, we have offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad. With an headcount of over 800 professionals, we expect 40% growth (YoY). In 2005, Jones Lang LaSalle India has transacted over eight million square feet of office space across eight cities in India for various institutional investors, global firms and local corporates. We will be intensifying our recruiting efforts and expect to increase our staff strength from the present 800 to 3,000 in the next couple of years." |
