Orient Ceramics Q1 net up 249% at Rs 5.3 cr

Orient Ceramics and Industries today reported  249 per cent rise in net profit at Rs 5.31 crore for the first quarter of the current fiscal.

The tiles maker had reported Rs 1.52 crore net profit in the corresponding quarter last fiscal, it said in a statement.

Gross sales of the company grew 14 per cent to Rs 64.65 crore during the reporting quarter against Rs 56.48 crore in the same quarter last fiscal.
