Ril Board Likely To See Minor Changes

The board of Reliance Industries (RIL), following its merger with Reliance Petroleum (RPL), is expected to undergo some minor changes.

Though five of the directors are common on the boards of RIL and RPL, the fate of KK Malhotra, SR Setlur, Lalit Bhasin and RK Narang, the whole time director of RPL, will be known on September 30, the first ever board meeting of the merged entity.
