Sajjan Jindal sells 1.58% in JSW Steel

Vice chairman and managing director of JSW Steel Sajjan Jindal diluted his stake in the company by 1.58 per cent on March 3. In a filing to the stock exchanges, Jindal has said that he sold 3.75 lakh shares to Sun investments for Rs 1113 per share totalling Rs 41.73 crore.
In an earlier block deal on February 26, 2010, Sun Investments had bought another tranche of 3.75 lakh shares of JSW Steel at Rs 1,085 per share from Sajjan Jindal aggregating to Rs 40.68 crore.
JSW Steel was trading up 2.10 per cent at Rs 1,184 at 11:58 a.m. on the National Stock Exchange.
