Tata Housing sells project in two days

Phase II f the project comrised of 150 units spread across 4,50,000 sq ft, valued at Rs 350 cr

Tata Sons backed realty company Tata Housing today said it has sold entire second phase of Primanti, the luxury housing project in Sector 72 in Gurgaon, within two days of the launch. The units were priced as three bed room apartmens costs around Rs.2.28 crore to 2.38 crore and a 4BHK costs around Rs.2.95 crore - 3.11 crore.
