Just ahead of Pakistani Interior Minister Rehman Malik’s visit to this country, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi fired a salvo at the central government and warned it not to ‘give away’ Sir Creek, the 96-km marshland in the Rann of Kutch whose boundaries are disputed between the two countries. Talks have been on for a long while to resolve the dispute.
