Deal only if India signs CTBT: US lawmakers

Stating that the Indo-US civil nuclear deal threatens international security, two Democratic lawmakers, Edward J Markey and Ellen O Tauscher, have urged the NSG to agree to nuclear trade with New Delhi only if it signs the CTBT and halt production of nuclear materials for weapons.
