Vikhe Patil For Retail Selloff

Joining the ongoing debate on strategic sales versus public offer routes for disinvestment, heavy industries minister Balasaheb Vikhe Patil today favoured divestment in public sector units (PSUs) under his charge, including Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (Bhel), through the open market sale of 25 per cent equity.
