RBI to push banks to share data with Cibil

| The central bank would be pushing commercial banks hard to supply data regarding credit details to the Credit Information Bureau (India) (Cibil). |
| "Banks should reveal complete and detailed information of its borrowers to Cibil," said Usha Thorat, the newly appointed deputy governor, RBI. |
| H N Sinor, chief executive, Indian Banks' Association reiterating the same said, "There is pressure from RBI to disclose details of their borrowers." |
