Rupee settles at 45.78/$

• The rupee opened at 45.76/78 levels and settled at Rs 45.7750/7850 agains the dollar
• Premium on six-month dollar forwards closed at 0.54 per cent and those on 12-month forwards closed 0.47 per cent

• Call rates opened at 6.00-6.25 levels, touched a high of 6.40 per cent and closed around 6.25-6.40 levels.
• The 7.37 per cent 2014 gilt yield closed at 6.9748 per cent.
• If the trend of auction cancellation continues, the market could see a net inflow of Rs 5,000 crore, traders feel
• Market players are also awaiting the announcement of auctions worth Rs 5,000 crore between Nov 17 and 24
• The cut-off yield on the 91-day t-bill remained unchanged at 5.8189 per cent and that on 182-day t-bill rose to 5.9046 per cent
