Commerce and Industry Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman will be going to Tawang for celebrating Raksha Bandhan. She said in a twitter message that she feels honoured to be celebrating RakshaBandhan with the soldiers at Tawang Indo-China border, Arunachal Pradesh.
